The pool area is fantastic with a nice bar offering quality food. The shower pressure was disappointingly low. Overall a comfortable stay with lots of family-friendly amenities.

Room was spacious and clean with a full kitchen, perfect for families. Breakfast options were limited and could be improved. The pool area was nice, and they had a fun billiards table. Staff were helpful but the shuttle service's timing was not great.

Plus, the rude staff made things worse. I won’t be coming back after this experience;

The staff was super friendly and always ready to help out. Grabbed a welcome drink on arrival, and the rooftop pool area was a nice escape after a long day.
It wasn't exactly budget-friendly, but worth the splurge.

I absolutely loved how accessible all the major attractions were, with Universal Studios Florida just over 2 km away and moments from the delightful shops and dining options along International Drive, making it an easy 10-minute stroll to find something to eat or grab a drink; the room was spacious and came with a full kitchen and a nice pool for when you want to unwind after a long day out, but the cleanliness could definitely use some attention as there were a few stains in the carpets and furniture.

The pool area is appealing, well-kept, with ample seating and a nice bar — a great place to unwind. The breakfast buffet is adequate, but the highlight was the deluxe king room. Spacious, with a full kitchen, huge bathroom featuring both shower and jet tub, and a stunning view of the pool and parks. Staff interactions varied; Tiffany and Bertha were exceptional, providing cheerful service and solving minor issues promptly. cleanliness needs improvement—carpets and upholstery had stains, and housekeeping didn’t tend to our room during the stay. The check-in process felt inefficient, and the pool area could be cleaner. There's potential here, but service consistency is key for a truly enjoyable experience.

The location is prime—right near the parks and attractions! The pool is pretty nice, and the staff is super friendly, always ready to help.
Unfortunately, the room was not clean and looked like it hadn’t seen a vacuum in ages.

Fitting option for a brief weekend stay in Orlando with high value for money. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

The room size was impressive, offering a nice layout. the bed was uncomfortable, making noise with every movement and left my back sore. The AC took too long to cool down, and the hallways felt hot without any air conditioning. There were no linens for the sofa bed, and our TV wasn’t working, which was frustrating. While the balcony provided a pleasant view of a lake, we heard noise from the hallway and neighboring rooms.

Clean rooms, clean facilities with a huge bathroom and a hassle-free check-in experience that was made even better by the friendly front desk staff who quickly brought me extra towels.
Everything was perfect.

The Point Hotel & Suites offers an unbeatable location just minutes from Universal Orlando and International Drive. Spacious rooms with separate bedrooms and great city views made our stay enjoyable. Plus, the easy access to public transport for shopping and attractions was a major bonus!

The room was spacious with a full kitchen, but the cleanliness left much to be desired—stains on carpets and a grimy sofa bed. The pool area was nice, but amenities were limited and the shuttle service was subpar. Convenience was overshadowed by poor service at check-in and inconsistency in room allocation. The staff were friendly when approached, but some were oddly unhelpful. Just know what you’re signing up for.

I had an interesting experience staying at The Point. The location was convenient for visiting Universal Orlando and other attractions in the area, but the room had a few drawbacks. The carpet was a bit worn, and the sink stopper in the bathroom was stuck. We mentioned these issues to the staff at checkout, so hopefully, they will address them. the room size and bed were larger than usual, and the kitchenette was well, equipped. we did encounter some issues with the coffee situation , there were only regular coffee pods, and when we requested decaf, we were told to go to Dunkin Donuts, which was not very helpful. The lobby and room decor were a bit dated, and some maintenance issues like worn, out furniture and foggy windows were noticeable. The hotel also lacked amenities like a working kitchen and washing machine. The cleanliness could have been better as well, especially considering the additional fee for housekeeping. Despite these drawbacks, the pool area was nice, and the mini kitchen was useful. the noise from nearby construction and lawn mowing was disruptive, and the lack of breakfast or food service at the hotel was inconvenient. The check, in process was a major letdown, taking an hour and a half due to inexperienced staff and managerial issues. It was quite frustrating and overshadowed an otherwise pleasant stay.

Great location near International Drive, comfy room with a clean pool, and friendly staff members made my stay enjoyable. The room was spacious and well-equipped, perfect for relaxing after exploring the city. The outdoor bar served delicious cocktails, and the pool provided a refreshing break from the hot Florida weather.
Some minor inconveniences, like slow elevators, limited outlets, and a finicky shower head, slightly detracted from the overall experience. Additionally, the check-in process could be improved, as wait times were long and key issues arose.

The big king beds were comfy for snuggling up on our romantic escape. The hotel's perfect location made it easy for us to catch shuttles to the park conveniently. We loved being able to relax in the hot tub after a long day of exploring the area.
The staff couldn't find my reservation upon arrival, causing unnecessary stress. The dirty water in the pool ruined our plans for a relaxing swim.

I took advantage of the fitness center with interactive programs. The friendly staff helped set up additional housekeeping. I enjoyed the shuttle service and dining at The Cabana Bar & Grill.
I loved cleaning the kitchen and bathroom myself, it was a real treat.

We hit up ESPN's Wide World of Sports Complex for insane sports action, then caught Orlando's newest Major League Soccer team at Camping World Stadium. Perfect location near dope theme parks, shops, and grub spots.
Could use a wild rooftop party area for us young, party-loving peeps! .

The location of The Point Hotel & Suites Universal was perfect for visiting Universal Studios Florida, which was the main reason for choosing this hotel. The friendly staff provided excellent towel and drink service at the poolside Cabana Bar and Grill, which was a delightful surprise. It made our stay feel like a home away from home.
Room maintenance issues and cleanliness.

Our family had the most epic time at Orlando's newest Major League Soccer stadium, Catchy Corner Stadium! Our kids were thrilled watching the soccer match, and the location near the theme parks was just perfect for our family adventures.
My wife says that our family wanted more organized kid-friendly activities.

The one-bedroom suite was spacious and well-equipped with a full kitchen, living area, and balcony. The pool area was great, and the gym was well-maintained. The engineer promptly fixed an issue with the washer, providing excellent service. The location is convenient, within walking distance of I-Drive with plenty of dining options. I highly recommend this hotel.

The spacious one bed apartment with separate bedroom and lounge was perfect for families. The bathroom had a large separate bath and walk-in shower, and the kitchen facilities included everything from a coffee maker and microwave to a washing machine and dryer. The balcony overlooking the pool was a great spot to enjoy the afternoon sun. , the location was convenient with restaurants and shops just a 10-minute walk away on International Drive.
Felt well taken care of, no complaints whatsoever.

The Point Hotel & Suites Universal was the perfect choice for our Orlando trip. The location was excellent, as it was very close to Universal Studios and Epcot. We loved the spacious rooms, which were well-equipped with a kitchenette, dining table, and even a patio. The on-site car park was convenient, and the 24-hour reception made check-in a breeze. The outdoor heated swimming pool and jacuzzi were a relaxing treat after a long day of exploring the parks. The free Wi-Fi ensured we stayed connected throughout our stay. Special mention to Christie, the bartender, who made our poolside chats even more enjoyable.
Occasional noise from the next-door neighbor arguing and the loud music from the gym across the road.
Excellent
